This is missing why west indies cricket is not winning like before.
They now learn cricket by theory and not practical talents developed over the years.
we were playing cricket for fun. not for money or making any international team.. there were cricheters among us that were better than those in the WI TEAM NOW.
Lara, walsh, ambrose, chris gayle, clive lloyd , none of them got theory or cricket academy training. natural talent developed on the ground. It was after this these experiences the books were written.. TODAY CRICKETERS ARE LEARNING IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA..
SO HOW OONO EXPECT WI TO BE WHERE THEY WERE..
West Indies is a challenging cricketing nation to administer ... one reason which makes it stand out is that it is made up of at least 12 small independent/sovereign countries who are all not well off individually to begin with.
Shai Hope considering an exit from West Indies cricket have sent shockwaves through Caribbean cricket. If true, it would be a major blow for the Windies.

Michael Holding????
"Cricket is supposed to be a contest between bat and ball, but India's 405-run chase against West Indies in just 43.3 overs raises a question. Batters will always have their moments, but bowlers need a fair chance too. Otherwise, the game risks becoming more about entertainment than competition."
So i watched the 2nd ODI replay twice yesterday. Yes the Pitch was a batting paradise but a lot of the bowlers were bowling real rubbish . Gurnoor Brar has a lot of potential, he served up about 7 sweet full tosses. Courtney Walsh would of scored a 70, 80 off that bowling . Well when india batted it was a Net Session .
