THE OWNERS IN CONFERENCE ARE THE BOSS OF THE NBA.

the owners select a commissioner and he answers to them.  the commissioner has an office stocked with all he needs to run the NBA on a routine basis.

the owners make the decisions at their conferences and in whatver form they have agreed to decide.

I dont know of any one man who owns the BNA.  the majority of owners are Jewish as far as I know..as these own almost verything else in the world.

i was under the impression that the NBA has one sole owner at the TOP or a board of directors etc.
