Whilst not an expert rather a student, my observation is not that Pakistan's politics are significantly motivated by the divide you indicated rather a culture of Military dictatorship. You would have noted a lot of the Arab countries, motivated by a similar system, are slowly falling. In my view their system more or less worked for them and I would not have interfered.
The standard set by the West is that of low morals, tarty dress sense, selfishness and a lack of respect. Look at the violence perpetuated by Christianity from time to the Crusades to current day and not classed as Christian extremism.
Up to this day the divide in Ireland is down to a difference in Christian beliefs, Catholicism and Anglicanism.
There is democracy or sorts in the West Indies but look at the ethnic strifes you have had in Guyana from Burnhan to Jaggan and after. The same crap applies in T&T. We are so corrupt, in a democracy, that our people cannot be properly served.
We should have a Jihad to get rid of the personnel in this WICB, rationalise the numbers and let Cricketing people run the Cricketing aspect and Business people run the business elements. We know which quarters the most successful entrepreneurs come from.
