The Misenga Jones Case, in part, is premised on the ruling of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) in the case

– Eslyn David vs. Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) et al

– in which it set aside the decision of the Court of Appeal and invalidated the June 23 Elections Report of the Chief Elections Officer.

That report was the second of three reports.
