MR. GRANGER, give it up. You lost the 2020 Election. Move on! By the way Happy Birthday! You need to go spend time with your grandchildren. Enjoy them. It’s time you move on. Don’t be fooled by your colleagues. Respect the Democracy and better yet, yourself. Leave the Presidency with your head held high. Maybe too late now but you can still confess and leave as a gentleman. Copy and paste, he WILL get the message.

hahahahhahahahah .....Knew that would be the CLAIM !

“The PPP/C and its backers, mostly the backers, are seeking to rely

on a partial report of a fraudulent recount process

to coerce the Chairman of GECOM to make a declaration in their favour.

And may I dare say the timing of their recent action seems aimed at exhorting undue influence

on the judge who has to deal with this matter in the High Court,”

the APNU General Secretary, Harmon said.

#57
Today (July 17), the Chief Justice (ag), Roxane George-Wiltshire, will hear arguments in the Misenga Jones Case

challenging GECOM’s failure to declare the results of the General and Regional Elections

in accordance with the advice of the Chief Elections Officer.

#58
In his Affidavit in Answer in the case – Misenga Jones v the Guyana Elections Commission and others

– Lowenfield explained that the valid votes documented on the Certificates of Recount

are not the same as determined by the Presiding Officers on March 2, 2020

due to various directions given during the Election Commission supervised National Recount.

#59
He posited that the approach taken during the National Recount, which was triggered by Order No. 60

was inconsistent with the procedures outlined in the Representation of the People Act

and the official manual for Presiding Officers and other Polling Day Officials (revised 2019).
