im in an organization like that.

unless the business group hits targets, we cant get top (exceeds for us).

though thats just one of the classifications, there are other rankings for promotability, etc.

that i understand - profits organizations operates as such.  but a non profit? gimme a break.

i didnt get a bad review, but i was really pissed off that she told me ME for something that is TP - which she defined and I achieved according to her definition!
