Beef Stew Fuh Breakfast

I make a beef stew fuh late lunch yesterday...finish it up fuh breakfast a minute ago.

heres the trick! well seasoned and very peppery I needed to solidify it so I wun get hungry fuh awhile.

I had nice ripe plantain so I sliced 3 into rounds and put them into the stew. terrific result.

man they cooked quickly and mash like potato yet leaving lots of solids dat full my belly. and the hot sour-sweet was murder..absolute murder when it came to tatse. oh man.

I still have the creative touch. I am going to make a pizza but I cyar tell allyuh wat it is. allyuh go go sell it and I wun get nutten from it
