Devinder Kumar murdered in Caledon

                                   

Police were called to an area on The Gore Road, north of Mayfield Road,

around 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

OPP officers and paramedics performed first aid on Devinder Kumar, of Brampton.

However, the 38-year-old died at the scene...

Following an initial investigation, police tracked down one male suspect and arrested

him without incident.

The man was taken to Brampton Civic Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.

Police later arrested a second suspect.

Marlon Nurse, 29, of Caledon,

Darryl Plummer, 25, of Brampton,

have each been charged with first degree murder.....
