Fry Plantain and coffee.

I jess finish. it still hot!!

here the coffee nuh: I have a glass cup, long with a handle..about the size of a regular cuppa.

I wash dat glass and dry it, and shine it up with some brong paper. then I pour in a measure of my goats milk/coconut milk mix and leave standing fuh 10 minutes

meantime I had my Irish cream brewing all the time them simmering on the coffee maker.

in 10 minutes I take my time and pour in the coffee slow to mix as it goes in and not to get the mixture vex. then I add a half teaspoon of coconut palm sugar and stir gently.

meantime I had my plantains cooling on some wax paper..transfer to a plate on the table and sit dong. ahhhhh.

and here I am. Brunchhhhhh!

yes sir! you know your stuff. people doan understand peppah..or how to amuse your mout' playing with flavors. deh doan even have that sense of flavor so deh doan notice what stands out in their mout' as deh eat and wat produced it..so they can go get it again.Smile Smile Smile

peppah is so full of flavors I Iost count, and at times it is not even in the eating but in the loud aroma a dish being prepared with fresh peppah. it can start there and go all the way to the end of the meal with the platters licked and scraped clean

at the Bulk Barn close by where I live there is always an array of coffee beans for sale....flavored and some forest and spring blends that are regular and organic...

I like the regular one as well as French Roast and Irish Cream.

and the prices are always decent...2.50 - 3.50 per 100g. I buy an array and put them in my freezer..and keep them there even after I grind some for percolating. buy a decent coffee grinder and blender..not very expensive and you set for a long while..coffee of your own making

maaaaan! that's delicious, incredible. I can and do tart up every cup of coffee I make. and tea too. and I never, ever, ever have to go to Timmy fuh coffee. or anywhere else fuh dat matter.
