I buy into to Nikita Miller getting a look in at the ICC "new" 4 day model of TEST matches....
unfortunately Barbados selector Courtney Browne has corrupted the process with Barbadian Ashley Nurse.
we have to speak out loudly on these matters of selection !

Mapoui our erstwhile poster believes that the selection committee
is steeped in corruption and insularity : and cannot be expunged !

zac, does this mean you buy in to the concept of the R4D ?
Champions must have the CORE
Finalist and 2nd runner up and individual stars from the "also ran" ????
GOOD. that was the intention from concept, decades and decades ago
BUT it got corrupted along the way and now we are an international humiliation

time to get back to tried tested and proven Selections that will make us proud !
it worked during our dominance via the Shell Shiled tournaments
now it should work during the concept and name change to PCL !

I believe in picking the best players and I don't believe the team that wins the competition necessarily have the best players and should have more West Indies players than others

AND if the Selectors subscribe to that : then we will NOT make it in the next WC

The West Indies are likely to remain pretty average at the longer form of the game. They may not even bother to try very hard to improve.
