Africa is small potatoes to China still.  China is providing a framework for Africa to take off on its own, independently. infrastructure is the basic need and that is what China is focused on in Africa.  and also depriving Europe of the continent of Africa ensures that Europe dies as a global power.

that is the point..getting phuckin' europe off the back of the planet with its incessant exploitation of people and planet, destruction of cultures and peoples around the world..incessant genocide and war and capitalism and constant economic collapses, poverty, hunger....

you do not sound or read like a lover of Africa. quite the opposite in fact.  where were you is the question that begs... when Europe underdeveloped Africa, for so long before China appeared on the scene as a major African investor, extending financial conditions that actually helped Africa?

lets ask you..'prior to the past 10 years you spent focused on China in Africa, seeking to protect African interest, did you spend the 10 years previous to that focused on Europe/America fleecing Africa...or any 10 year period of your life at all trying to protect Africa from Europe and its horrific baby, the USA'

that China can be accepted by Africans  as they have been can be only because Europe/America there all along has not been useful/beneficial for Africa.  ultimately it does not matter what the hell China is doing..the fact is Europe was/is hell for Africa, which is almost all the reason you need  for the turn to China.

if China leaves roads, trains, bridges..general infrastructure..factories, businesses, Chinese migrants in African building businesses that Africans work in that is that is even better, extra...100% more than Europe lef.  Europe took and left Ebola and AIDS..west Nile and SARS.  they left the Rwandan genocide, the DRC genocide, dictators all over the place.

in fact Europe/USA has done so much damage to African for so long you yourself should be ashamed to make such a program as this purporting to be concerned for Africa.  its fake concern man, pure naked hypocrisy.  where the hell were you when Africa really needed you.  all of a sudden, 10 years you say which is still sudden in the face of time you appear with concern, but when Africa with an alternative can finally tell Europe/USA to 'eff off we don't need you with your stringent under-developing terms and conditions'
