Mother's Day

Even though every day should be Mother's day.....I still enjoy the extra pampering I get on this day set aside for this special occasion.

So.....to all GNI mothers, which include all the other people who quite often have to fill this important role in a child's life......Happy Mother's Day!!!

I hope that you are able to spend it with your children....a personal visit or a phone call or a chat on Skype or Facetime!! so many ways to connect these days!!! (when I first came to Canada it was a card and a nice long letter for my mom)

For anyone whose mothers are still with them.....give them an extra long hug and let mom know how much she means to you.

being a mom is hard work - actually being a parent is hard work...probably the hardest job in existence.
