ICC hasn't made public new constitution USACA must adopt to be reinstated
but Huffington Post carries abstract. Five member Nominating & Governance
Committee will effectively run everything, made up of 2 from USA Olympic Organization.
2 from ICC and one national team player. This committee will appoint the Chairman (who
can't have any connection with cricket), and the 3 independent members of the Board
of Directors. The N&G committee will also screen the 6 board members elected by the different playing
zones and the 2 national team players on the board. Not a democratic arrangement but
ICC has made sure a Dainty or anyone else from the Cricket Mafia
