The Finnish touch

At first, the 18th-century fortress island of Suomenlinna,

just off the coast of Helsinki, Finland,

seems an unlikely location for a cricket match.


However, it was the presence of fortifications such as Suomenlinna that first brought

Finland to the attention of the British navy.

And where the navy went, cricket came too............ 8)
