Or it might not be high enough. For example we have complete records for Viv in 1986, where, for the entire year, he had a strike rate of 94.

Viv's Strike Rate records are something like this:

1st quarter of his career: not many stats
2nd quarter: high 60s to low 70s strike rate
3rd quarter: high 70s to 90s strike rate
4th quater: 70s to low 60s strike rate
