A quick look at the ranking predictor reveals that even with a 4-0 sweep, India can't take the number 1 ranking unless Sri Lanka win their series against Australia.

The last time West Indies faced India at home, they featured a four-prong bowling attack of Edwards, Rampaul, Bishoo and Sammy, opting to strengthen the batting. The final two matches of the series were drawn.

I think India has only ever won 3 tours in the West Indies. The infamous Gavaskar tour, then once when they had Dravid, and then once vs Sammy, where India won one game and the rest were draws.
The equivalent of Dravid today is Pujara, who loves to bat slow and long. If he gets in, game over.
Sharma and Kohli are India's attack dogs. They can take the game away from you fast.
I have no idea what kinds of pitches are being prepared and whether or not the Indians will like them. I suppose everyone on the Indian team will hate grassy pitches except Kohli.
