So it is Ketchim who bruck up the BB. Is all dem time he hogs the servers that is damaging the equipment. Look how it works OK when he is not logged in.

There would be a BB time out session period box somewhere in the software that you are using. You might have it at the default setting at the moment. Go through the settings option to see if you can find it. I can ask an IT friend of mine that runs a very popular audio forum on the net. He had a similar issue a few years back.
