Kohli backs Vettori to be next Indian coach

The Times of India reported Kohli's promotion of Vettori but said it was unclear whether the former New Zealand captain, who quit international cricket in March last year, was under consideration.

India are without a coach, with former captain Rahul Dravid believed to have been approached by the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

I know there was some talk earlier in the week about the possibility of Rahul Dravid being given the job, but as he is currently coaching both India A and Under 19 teams, I am not sure how that would work logistically. You would have to imagine that anything Kohli wants, Kohli will get, no?
