I added mozzarella cheese and olives to it at the end and made an avocado salad with cilantro as a side.

any oil.  I wud add olive oil...on the spaghetti when drained.  I wud add a lil coconut oil to the boiling water of the macaroni, drain and toss in olive oil.

cooked al dante'

chopped in a lil green onion too.

my cheese would be organic old forte cheddar...tart and crumbly.

but that is a special meal Nargis...look good and taste good and eat good.  sexy that spaghetti in my mouth sliding right. I cant eat too much of that now so when I do I savor

oh you dont drain the pasta...everything goes into 1 pot and you cover it and stir every so often....

i used olive oil since its pasta - i normally cook with coconut oil though

I see..a kind of melange'

I was thinking drain the pasta then mix after.  now I know.  I will try it that way.

I like the avocada addition..although I can eat only a lil bit at a time...allergic reaction.

do you like old forte tart cheddar..the older the better..crumbly ::confused:: :-[ :-[ :-[

I would prefer to see a photo of HIM :chopping up those nice cherry and grape matoes !

and Stirring the simmering Pasta without it catching to the pot bottom  !

Like you Maps I add oil and boil Pasta so as not to stick together

drain then put in Fridge to cool down

I get a stronger noodle in that Mix  Wink ....but everyone has their own trick !
