It took a while, but we finally had an exciting finish in this years IPL. A very entertaining match. Incredible innings from Tarzan, McCullum and Morris. It must really sting to score 82 off 32 balls and take 2-35 and still end up on the losing end. It's not often a player from the losing team is named Man of the Match.

Champion took some serious lixxx  with dem slower ball

guess everyone is on to it after WC  :-[

According to the guys over at CricMetric, Pollard has been the 10th worst player so far in this years IPL. He is in good company though, with Jos Buttler, Glenn Maxwell, Mitchell Johnson and Hardik Pandya all having a very tough time to date.

Sunrisers with an impressive all around performance in their win today. Mustafizur finished with figures of 2/9 from his 4 overs. Seriously impressed with him. Warner, back to opening, with another solid knock, and even Eoin Morgan chipped in with some runs, which was good to see.

For such a young man, there is only one other I can compare him to and that is Mohammad Amir.

That Mustafizur has such great temperament and attitude.

How do the others rank, comparatively and do you have the list? Do you have the list of the top 40?

From what I have seen Polly's importance in the team has changed as, in the past, he, was the man, and frequently changed games with all aspects of the game and I believe he may have been the first to toggle a ball back in play and catch it.

Maybe a bit too comfortable and needs to change franchise.

I saw the last 4 balls of the game today and thought Morris was going to eclipse Bravo, who was so incredibly calm, professional and not surprisingly accurate, to see his team home.

I suppose he is used to these situations, bowling at the death.....
