The local fish and chips shop got bought  by a muslim guy last August. It closed down within two months. It should open up again soon. But I only have fish and chips on a Friday.

Nah. This good friday it is fried snapper. I might have it with fried cassava and some Surinamese shrimp sambal (kind of a pepper thing like chutney).
