Well, Obama was taught at an islamic school and he turned out alright Tongue

Its upto the people where they want to send their kids. As long as the curriculum at these schools teaches everything that regular schools teach, I don't see a problem.

In fact, I would actually like American schools to teach kids about each and every religion, like I was taught back in India. When homes teach people to hate, I think schools have to teach people about religion.

I was taught about Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, Jainism, Sikhism, Christianity, and Judaism and so on. All I realized was they all fucking teach the same thing. And I also realized what kind of attire each person has.

If Americans were taught that in schools, a lot of Sikhs who have no connection to Osama wouldn't have been attacked. This Buddhist monk wouldn't have been attacked if the guy attacking him had been taught in school what the fuck a buddhist monk is Tongue

And let's not forget about the uneducated folks at the TSA, who don't know anything about anything. If nothing else, TSA should have a program about world religions. 8)

Well, you know Islam is a religion just like catholic or protestant.

There are so many religious schools and universities all over the world, why would it beย  problem for someone that there are also Islamic schools?

I mean if the family's religion is Islam and they want their kids to be taught in religious environment with extra-curricular activities thats what for religious school are for.
