[/quote] He  was in the forefront or reversing all the progressive legislation that has been passed.  He was chipping away at Roe vs, Wade , Affirmative action etc

I was told to never say anything but" good" about the dead but now that  Scalia is dead , I will say it ... good

WASHINGTON — Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s head was under a pillow when he was found dead at a Texas ranch, according to the ranch owner who found his body.
“We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bedclothes were unwrinkled,” Texas millionaire John Poindexter told the San Antonio Express-News Sunday, describing how he found the 79-year-old jurist in the “El Presidente” suite at Poindexter’s 30,000-acre luxury ranch on Saturday.
“It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap,” Poindexter said.

May his soul rest in peace. That saying, however, he was so very much pro-Republican in his views and he was on of those whose rulings were against many of Obama's policies. The Republicans are now trying to prevent Obama from nominating a replacement for justice Scalia because they would wish for the balance of power in the Supreme Court to remain as if Scalia was in place.
