A number of protesters took the streets in India on Sunday to protest the release of a man convicted of the 2012 fatal gang rape on a bus. The individual was a juvenile at the time and is set to finish the rest of his three-year term in a reform home. The parents of the woman involved led the protests.

The problem is in India they used to rape and abuse women all the time before this incident, then people stood up and started causing a problem which is when finally people started to raise the issue.

how do they assess that this kid is reformed enough to be let out?
