Most of the criminal gangs are headed up by ex-gdf and ex-policemen. So what does that say? They find robbing people most lucrative. In fact I don't think any job can compare to theirs. Imagine if you score 2 robberies every week...say 2 million each hit....share that with 4 guys...you are talking about 1 million each for the week. All you need to do is train them well enough in the army, teach them to use guns, and then let them run free and create havoc. Discipline is lacking in the disciplinary forces.

The majority of the good teachers have left the country. The few who remain bump up their salaries by giving extra lessons at astronomical costs. Only the rich can afford to send their children.
Offer TEACHERS a good retirement package so that the UNEMPLOYED will want to get into teaching. Offer nurses a good retirement package so that they will stay and serve, instead of having pregnant mothers dying too much to count ... make the really good ones want to stay and avoid newborn babies being dropped by the inexperienced.
