Poverty is not synonymous with crime. There are a lot of poor people who are not criminals. It is time to stop making sorry excuses for sub-humans who exploit innocent people. People who are exploited in the safety of their homes by these scoundrels...and the police and the courts and the systems facilitate this enterprise.
