Deservedly winner of this prestigious award. This man is a freedom fighter and showed Africa and the rest of the world how to deal with white oppressors. He reclaimed the productive farmland from the descendants of colonialist and gave it back to poor black farmers. He is much beloved in Africa and the economic situation in Zimbabwe is improving despite punishing sanctions by the west.
He must be doing something right because he is in the receiving end of sanctions with countries like Iran , Russia and Cuba
It is a good thing he is doing everything as a man of the country and making sure the people are surviving in the economy and working which is good, and shows how if a president does things for the people then it will work out nicely in the end. I think it must of been a long time before a president who shows by actions and not words, and hope he continues on doing this for the days to come and works for the people. Mugabe is a strong leader and has ruled well and even at the age he is which is 91 he is still able to stay in the political world and has done well and hope it goes well.
