As you well now Maps, I have been very vocal about Moeen not being an opening batsman. I understand that England wanted to get a second spinner in the side, but given the ongoing struggles of Bell and Buttler, they would have been far better to have dropped one of those and played Hales as Cook's partner. Leave Mo in the middle order. Hales is going to be thrown to the wolves in South Africa.

Another failure for Buttler and England are on the verge of going one down in the series. This one shouldn't last too much longer with Pakistan needing just four more wickets and nary a drop of rain in sight.
