Fast bowler Keon Joseph is determined to cement his place in the national team once he gets an extended run in the side.
Joseph is among the 15 contracted players for the Guyana Jaguars franchise, and is currently in training with the squad for the upcoming West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) Professional Cricket League (PCL) Regional Four-day tournament.
Speaking with Guyana Times Sport on Wednesday, the 23-year-old said he aims to cement his spot in the Guyana side and play as much cricket for the country in all formats of the game.
“First, I want to thank Cricket Guyana Inc. to keep faith in me. My main goal once I make the final squad will be to be consistent. Once I am consistent, I will definitely cement my place,†the Berbician, who was also part of the Guyana Amazon Warriors line-up this year, pointed out.
