So Simmons needs more time to get his legal team in place or is it time for his lawsuit to be served? Anyways Phil's future with this WICB board is not looking so bright and he needs to just take his money and go.

Simmons' lawyers responded to the WICB, saying Simmons could not make himself available without an advance alert

and requested the hearing be rescheduled to next week.

It is learned that the WICB agreed, but no date has been set yet.  :-\ 

Has Simmo retracted and recanted his "Interference" : comess ??  :-\
