In some cultures, it can be viewed as a bad thing to talk about sex education as some families and this group may never have had the education that the western world has, so may feel upset about the new changes. I reckon that more is needed to be done so the protesters understand as riots can happen, and the people can be injured in the process which will not be good. I hope a solution occurs as the city needs to understand the people's concerns, and try and address them so people are aware of sex education in schools and if not happy talk to the school about it.

Sex education should be mandatory like any other subject. Why teach mathematics, science, history, geometry and ignoring the most social aspect of society. It is better to know than to be naive especially in sexual matters. Even though there are some parents against it, nobody wants their under-age girl to get pregnant or have STD.
