Quote:Sump pump is useful if you have somewhere to put pump the water!!!

that is no problem. it was coupled in my house with a valve in the piping that brought the sewage water in.  so when the rain fell and the water rose that valve shut off  incoming water.  and if the sump got full anyway it was pumped into the weeping tile that took it away on the other side.

Georgetown have to work out ways to get rid of the water..to pump it out  ultimately into the rivers and sea.  that is not any great engineering problem in terms of complexity.  it seems straightforward to me. it is a large promblem but not a complex one, so money now is the problem!  dat is another story

money is the problem but that is only because international banksters, backed up up by ketchim's friend and mentor, the USA military control allyuh finance..and any money allyuh mus' spend must be done so at interest.

so it is impossible to address allyuh own infrastructure needs unless allyou go to the Zio banksters  and borrow allyuh own money at interest...piling up debt on your country that you cannot repay and so deh come to take over all you have..to plunder yuh nation skunt.

well now you can be strong and say ' look here...we have to do this and we cyar pay no interest on we own money'..and just print up what you need and get to the job of re-draining your capital city. spend it into the economy and stimulate yuh economy dat way..lots of small suppliers etc..the real capitalism.

and if you need forrin exchange at some point go join the BRICKS bank and work out a deal for a proper, beneficial loan, that you will be able to pay back with no one to come roust your country and take it all for non payment of crazy interest on your own money

but doh put ketchim in charge of dat part. let him do the engineering.

if he in charge of the finances he will borrow big, put the country in debt that cannot be paid...and welcome forrin banksters when deh come to foreclose on Guyana skunt..telling allyuh dat ''we go run the country like a business now'' when in truth whats going on is a bankruptcy proceeding ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: and the bankers come to grab your country after forcing you to pay them interest over generations for  the use of your own money.. that is in truth at the national level free of interest

after so many years the interest 'debt' cannot be repaid and so they foreclose..steal your country for nothing.  it did not cost them one single penny but its theirs.

that's sketchim ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL::
