Just looking over Bangladesh's record over the last 12 months reveals just how far they have come. Over this period they have 13 matches and lost only 6. Yes, their numbers are boosted by the 5-0 thrashing of Zimbabwe but you can only beat the teams you play. The only team with a better won/loss ratio over this period is Australia.
I had to look it up myself as I wasn't sure; Chandika Hathurusingha. I think their bowling coach, Heath Streak, has received more recognition and praise in recent months. I know they did a feature on Heath in the preview of the Bangladesh/England World Cup match but not a mention of Hathurusingha.
