The minsister should of conducted himself in a better manner and not, talked like this and I wander how he could have become a minister like the way he talks. I reckon he should be facing some consequences maybe a slapping from all the women and whipped than he will see what it is like to have that happen to him. I hope, that the learns from this and also watches what he does further on and also he could have to face consequences as well.
