Anderson Cleophas Cummins - more bawling

That was right around the time I first became interested in cricket, so I've heard the story but didn't ever know the players involved.

It looks like he was a pretty useful one day player for West Indies. What a shame he had to go and spoil his stats by playing for Canada when he was already the wrong side of 40.

Basically every territory only gets upset when a player from their territory is "unjustly" excluded.

I cannot recall any territory ever complaining about a player who was not from their country.

This was the time when West Indies cricket was "controlled" by the Leeward islands or something along those lines.

Andy played for Cavaliers for a few years after he retired from Wondies cricket.  He was still pretty quick then

I remember one net session at Ross Lord Park in the summer of 98.  Andy had just finished batting and was bowling a few balls to loosen up.  Azeemul Hanif who had just recently played for WI U19 and made the Guyana senior team was batting.  First ball from Andy sailed over his head (six).  Next ball - same thing.  Next ball - almost decapitated Andy!

Andy leggo one big Stuuuuupes and said in his Bajan accent "Facking lil boy!". ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: 

Cavaliers was a great Club . I had my best years with them !  8)

Azee seemed to take a real liking to Andy during net practices.  The faster Andy bowled the harder he used to lash him that summer. ::LOL::
