Pakistan need a better NRR at the bottom with 2 games completed to advance!

they can't play younis khan simply because he isa senior player. He is entirely out of form. They need to give chance to sarfraz ahmed for a minimum of one game. Yasir shah is a very important player in this game, he can't be left out for nasir jamshed. hopefully pakistan will win this game by an enormous margin.

If Zimbabwe win, they will likely jump ahead of WI on NRR and effectively eliminate Pakistan. Zimbabwe's last two matches are against India and Ireland. WI last two matches are against India and UAE. Best case scenario, Zimbabwe beat Pakistan and lose to India and Ireland which would leave WI needing to win just one of their two matches.

I am laughing hard at pakistan now..38/2 after 17 overs against zimbabwe.
They  really aren't fit to play this Wc,surely not.

It has been really slow going for Pakistan as they finally bring up their hundred in the 28th over. I read an alarming stat that Pakistan have six single-digit opening stands in their last-en ODIs, including five of 1 run or less.

Zimbabwe limit Pakistan to 235/7. Pakistan put up a fight at the end scoring 73 off the last 10 overs. Given they were 14/2 from the first 10 overs, this could have been a lot worse. They will need to bowl and field exceptionally well knowing that a loss pretty much ends their World Cup.

Good effort by Zimbabwe. Pakistan are still very unconvincing and I don't fancy them beating Ireland. I think Pakistan will not make it through to the quarter finals if their current form doesn't improve.
