he was 67 and had health issues for some time.  he was an adviser to jagan in the 90's

don't know...mom was not aware of him passing so she don't have details.

i will call my mom and get details but i know he lives in toronto.  i was at his house a few years ago.

i thought he lives in ft Pierce, fl.
