It's sad but at least he can focus now on what the board allows him to play..which was only the shorter format

Jealousy is a crippling infliction!

Given the level of Cricket in teh Caribbean, Bravo will be remembered as one of the very best.

His game always suited the shorter format but he also bought a lot of ability and dynamism to the team!

I think some get confused with those players with expression and character!

What did he stand up for

Skipper,

What does anyone stand up for?

What does either Ramdin or Holder stand up for?

I appreciate we like some players more than others but there is a consistent dislike for the likes of Bravo and Pollard which is not necessarily based on cricketing considerations!

I dont understand why ketchim dislike Bravo and Pollard so much. neither is a great player and we all know that. they both have done well for themselves in life and I am happy for that.

Man I am happy for all the players who poke up there heads and do something..in the final analysis even Darren Sammy..Narsing.. Devon..Matrix..impse Tino Best..Fidel, Shilly, Narine...all of them.

I cant say the same for the coaches of whom I liked only Logie of those I knew as coaches. and that in hindsight! I did not follow kanhai as coach.  I missed that period completely

so what the hell is ketchim doing then ::confused::  Pollard and Bravo did well in the labour dispute.  there is nutten in there to criticise them for.

I dot understand ketchim here but I am done with this.  it makes no sense.  anyhow Pollard and Bravo will be know for their solid even courageous stand in the labour dispute...more so as the details become available.  what did Skameron say to the BCCI as the strike was building and he refused to deal with the players...he said:  LET THEM GO ON STRIKE.  I... OR WE.. WILL SEND YOU ANOTHER TEAM TO CARRY OUT THE SERIES.

THAT SITUATION WAS SO DISGUSTING FROM THE wicb STANDPOINT THAT POLLARD AND BRAVO AND THOSE THEY LED SHOULD HAVE WALKED EARLIER.  the players had a solid case and with no resolution in sight they rightfully walked

I done with this.  who want to hold stupid positions contrary to the evidence they can be my guest.  history will deal with them.

Envy.

Envy is the great trap of Shaitan (Satan)

Expecting good advice from envious is fruitless.

Envy doesn't bring anything other than harm and anger and weakens your heart and makes your body sick.

In an era when stats are pretty poor Bravo stacks up and that is based on facts.

There have not been any great West Indians since Lara.

Shiv has longevity, has been an exceptional servant, a great role model of industriousness but great...no. However the utmost respect for the man.

Lloyd mentioned averages but yet he selects a man who averages 18 in ODIs, plus Sammy etc.
