The winners will take home US$3.975m but if a team remains unbeaten that would rise to more than US$4.02m.

Quote: The ICC has raised the pot of prizemoney from US$8.01m to US$10m. The team which loses the March 29 final in Melbourne will pocket US$1.75m, while the two losing semifinalists will each get US$600,000.

The four losing quarterfinalists will receive US$300,000, while the winners of each group will get US$45,000 per match.

The six teams eliminated from the first stage will get US$35,000 each.
