Anybody Got a Recipe for Brown Stew Chicken?

I really love West Indian brown stew chicken and would appreciate a recipe if you guys can give up one. 

try the Red one with tomato paste :

Burnt sugar is the active ingredient in the Brown ! 

                               

Village Belle or Meseret can handle the recipe part !
