What Does a West Indian Thanksgiving Dinner Consist Of?

Here's what I'm fixing for Thanksgiving...


A small turkey with turkey stuffing, giblet gravy, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots with squash, jellied cranberry sauce, and for dessert some apple pie and pumpkin pie. That's it... I usually kick out massive dinners with a plethora of different dishes but I'm lightening up this time.

Speaking of cane...me and Lilly and his brothers used to head across the trench cane cutting time. We would sit on the punt and eat cane till u can't move.  good ole days!

Canada thanksgiving came and gone since  October 13th : after the Harvest !

Americans as usual , late at November 27th !

We celebrate the holiday on the day that it's set.

We don't know about any harvest.  ::LOL::
