Devaluation all depends on the individual because it's only delusion. As for instance, a black neighborhood is automatically devalued and others looking for a place to relocate will avoid, when it in fact can be a very safe and decent neighborhood. Whereas the neighborhood automatically valued because it's white can be rife with lowlifes and crime. A pedophile, cannibal, a serial rapists or killer, or white collar criminal or mafia for a next door neighbor and so on. The white neighborhood can be inarguably less safe but still valued.

So which is better? Perceived devalue in safety or perceived value in danger?
