From when I've followed the game it's hard to go past Bryce McGain or Xavier Doherty..
Many say Muller but he wasn't really all that bad, I think that just stems more from the infamous on-field comment from Warne.

Some of the bowlersย picked in the 90s were pretty rank. Paul Wilson anyone?

I think in the main Aussies are bad sportsmen but it is easier to think of those who warranted the cap and those I regret did not go on.
Peter Toohey, Yallop for example.
Saw Toohey, around 78, hit balls in the net and he was awesome. Do you guys know what has become of him?
Max Walker, Walters, Gilmore, Ian and Greg Chappell, Pascoe good players.
I like the objectivity, not synonymous with Aussies,ย With the Chappell boys.
Beer was perhaps a dud selection......

Defo Doherty. What on earth were they smoking, really. I thought they were probably gonna pick O'Keefe, but then here we go. Based on some lame ass reasoning of him being an SLA.
Beer's selection was really justified IMO - but yeah turned out to be ineffective in retrospect.
