* We must respect the prejudices of our fellow posters. Big Grin hahahaha

* By the way, the hatred displayed by the animals over CC was to be expected.

* They need to accept that it is a fait acompli, a done deal, Shiv will reach 12K runs at a 50+ test average.

* And by the way, if Shiv has 2 good series against India and South Africa, he will score those 512 runs he needs to 6000 AWAY runs.

* I have a strong feeling Shiv will be the 2nd batsman in history to score 6000 test runs both home and away.

We acknowledge your data, but do not respect your ignorance and inablilty to be objective, especially in all matters Shiv.

If Shiv achieves those goals in the interest of cricket and the team, I wish him the absolute best.

However I doubt he will but would be quite happy to be wrong.

leaving them with no option but to accept.

Kindly do not be infantile and use a post pertinent to another thread.

Some of us do know the meaning of words and do not require extra assistance but I duly note your most kind assistance assistance.

* Your pessimism regarding Shiv achieving the goals mentioned is to be expected.

* YOU ARE NOT A GENUINE FAN OF SHIV CHANDERPAUL.

* You are full of gloominess and negativity when it comes to Shiv, always presenting some flimsy excuse why you believe Shiv cannot achieve certain goals.

* BUT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO YOUR BELIEFS MAIL.

* And you are free to be peeved when the Rev celebrates Shiv's achievements on this forum. Big Grin

* That declaration may have been a blessing in disguise for the Shivster.

* If he were to approach his cricket with the same positivity he showed on day 3 when he scored 34 runs in 49 balls, then he may reach that 12K much, much faster than we anticipate. Big Grin

* SHIV SEEMED TO BE MORE CONCERNED WITH GUIDING BRATHWAITE TO A DOUBLE THAN HE WAS In SCORING HIS OWN HUNDRED.

* Shiv needed to be selfish. Big Grin

So according to you the all knowing and all Almighty I am not.

It is about looking at the tasks ahead, realistically and making a mesured judgement.

I do not have rose coloured tinted spectacles like you although I want and wish Shiv the best. if it is not in your parlance you do not like it and that is tantamount to ignorance!

But without being rude, do you understand English?, I wish to be wrong.

I am terribly sorry to say but your narrow mindeness is quite tragic.

Once the great man goes you will have nothing....

We, all the lovers of cricket, will have cricket to discuss amicably.
