I know they have sucked recently so bad - I was talking about their overall performances over a span of time.
And missing Shakib (who's like the #2 ODI allrounder and used to be #1 before) who's technically half the team.
Whats the use of having a 2 tier system..The bottom pool can't gain any experience..but if you are telling me that any team can go into the bottom pool if they don't perform well..than thats a great idea as that will make it look like a world cup or some trophy like game..
I do like the notion of a two tier system as it would surely make games more competitive. My concern is that if there are two groups of 5, fans may get bored of playing the same 4 or 5 teams. This two-tier system has been in discussion since January with England, Australia and India exempt from relegation.

Which is precisely the problem. India or Oz or Poms could suck balls, way worse than WI and yet stay up. You can't expect to bring a just 2 tier system to such a setup IMO.
