Oohboy. Those are some dire ass figures right there. What a nightmare - it'd be hard for him to put this behind and get back in groove. But he can do it, he's a class player.

If someone who isn't familiar with Kholi saw those stats, they would mistake him for a bowler or a wicketkeeper, someone who isn't a batsmen. That's a really poor show for a star batsmen. But judging by the team performance, I feel there seems to a huge disinterest in the Test format of the game. Probably they are more interested in their IPL and ODI matches, and the Twenty20's.

is that accurate

how come no windians in there I'm sure that it was set by one of them

not even Sammy

As they say, there has to be a low point in your career and that the curve never always hovers upwards.I really hope this is that.
He is a classy batsmen through a rough patch and let leave it at that.We shouldn't be building up more pressure on him.It was just an off series..Hope everyone understands..Big Grin Big Grin

yeah..tough series for Kohli. There is on doubt regarding his talent but I am sure he will have some demons running through his head right now. Credit must be given to Anderson also who bowled brilliantly to him. Kohli has been in fantastic knick for the longest time so I guess a bad streak was waiting round the corner.

Every great batsman goes through a rough patch like this. While it will be difficult for him to bounce back and fire in ODIs, I know he can do it.

No Asian team has ever won a test series in Australia, so if India destroy WI in India, India will quickly get destroyed in their subsequent series in Australia.

Well they'd ace again back at home. But I wouldn't go so far to say "destroy" - this series could be closer than we think.

Anywho Kohli's performance is key if India is gonna make an impact in Oz.
