* Shiv should now concentrate 100% on tests----he needs 586 more runs for 12,000 and he needs to maintain his 50+ test average.

Well Otis Gibson deserved to be fired. He has earned a lot so I don't think he minds very much. 1.2 million USD to be the West Indies coach while not performing is astounding. What would it take for a person like me to be the coach? lol.

Exactly. Otis lost jack. He's gotten far far more than he's deserved - which would be nothing. Perhaps minimum wage since everyone deserves to be paid even for a shitty job.

They're better off without a coach.

Err did they say that they'd coach WI for free? IF they decide to assume coach's role, WICB better pay them the reasonable fee.

I'm not sure about Ramdin being a coach either tbh.
