I know what the published team is Ketchim but do you have any thoughts/ preferences for an alternative or is this structure just right?

how much care and planning do allyuh think went into the creation of this staff of people?

has the same effort been put into the development of west indies cricket from the ground up ::confused::

that of course is not rocket science.  they knew what they were doing!

but it does not even matter if they knew of not. they are different and all the power in the situation is concentrated in their hands.

Richard has been instrumental is enabling some major changes 'we' were all asking for.

1.  Sacking Sammy
2.  Sacking Ottis
3.  Sacking Butts

All done so at least recognise the good things he has done in a relatively short period of time give due process must be followed in personnel matters to which he had no input.

Like you if he gets Arthur in, I too would not be happy for the simple reason of how Arthur affected Australia.

Maybe there is no need for a head coach but I do not think we will see that model changed now.

I cannot think of any of any West Indian bar Simmons, David Williams and I think Logie with any First Class Coaching experience and further not sure if any has oursued a formal Coaching badge.

I recall Gareth Southgate, football, were barred from Coaching for some time as he did not have any Coaching qualifications although he had played for England. Also I would be very surprised if any of the County Coaches are not qualief to at least L3.

The Coaching L3 badge does not guarantee a good Coach, as was the case with Ottis, but a benchmark has to be set and contained within the course are some very useful resources.

Lehmann as Head Coach for Australia has made the world of difference but is that Coaching or motivational talk.

A good team Manager may well be able to do that?
