Team Manager can be a Clerk (female to book airways, hotel rooms et cetera )
[/quote]
Why female ? ..... I hope it's because you think a female would pay more attention to detail and be more organized in this area 8)

how much care and planning do allyuh think went into the creation of this staff of people?
has the same effort been put into the development of west indies cricket from the ground up ::confused::
allyuh see how they build up..building up the bureaucracy but is the same planning and care being put into the cricket allover the region comprehensively so they can can be fed and grow ::confused::
no! so are #8 in the world all the way from #1..over a period of time that coincides with the change from the old white administrative class, and the accession of the black/brown elites to the wicb and the start of the building of this jackass and parasitic entity called the wicb, minus the C from the old board which was for control..as if to indicate that an age of control was over and we had passed into a new democracy in cricket.
but that was a sleight of hand and an hypocrisy. far from over, a new age of control had indeed begun sly and hidden..no C anymore but even greater control had begun
that of course is not rocket science. they knew what they were doing!
but it does not even matter if they knew of not. they are different and all the power in the situation is concentrated in their hands.
that is the major insane term in the situation..the HC has all the power and he is culturally opposite or different so his mere presence effs up the situation
All done so at least recognise the good things he has done in a relatively short period of time give due process must be followed in personnel matters to which he had no input.
Like you if he gets Arthur in, I too would not be happy for the simple reason of how Arthur affected Australia.
Maybe there is no need for a head coach but I do not think we will see that model changed now.
I cannot think of any of any West Indian bar Simmons, David Williams and I think Logie with any First Class Coaching experience and further not sure if any has oursued a formal Coaching badge.
I recall Gareth Southgate, football, were barred from Coaching for some time as he did not have any Coaching qualifications although he had played for England. Also I would be very surprised if any of the County Coaches are not qualief to at least L3.
The Coaching L3 badge does not guarantee a good Coach, as was the case with Ottis, but a benchmark has to be set and contained within the course are some very useful resources.
Lehmann as Head Coach for Australia has made the world of difference but is that Coaching or motivational talk.
