Richard Pybus :

whether you were Instrumental OR whether it is Jamaica executives on WICB.

OR all as a Team work :

WICF  extends a heartfelt " Thank You "  :-*

Nice to see you voice your appreciation but more is yet to be done.

As I mentioned after the Kiwi series, nothing would happen immediately as Richard would have wanted to follow due process so in the event Gibson gets the sack, he has no recourse and that is the way it should be done.

I do not think it is a case of Massa but RP has a good track record from grassroots up and that approach was required in the Windies.

I would not be surprised if RP assumes a role, much like Flowers from the tour of India, with a more robust support team using the likes of Curtley, Haynes, Greenidge and even Lara with Sir Garry mentoring.

I would be surprised if Richie stays on as tour manager as someone lower profile, and more hands on, may take that role.

Without far too many changes, I would like to see Simmons, Logie and Williams get involved.

You will also see Pybus making sure formal coaching training is undertaken which is a way forward.

The further away from the team Vivian is the better.

You too insular : they are outta touch with U19 :3 day and ODI Personnel.

as well as U 15

De new Chairman of Selectors demand making these youths our future Stars.

Guyana having WON the 3 Triple CROWN : should be the Coaches. !  Wink

Fair is Fair  : except in the West Indies  :-[

Ha ha ha. I like that.

I was pointing to those with international experience and some coaching pedigree.

Those good coaches having done well in the age group level should be elevated to Windies agree group level, which I makes sense.

I still think RP will be travelling to India with the team.

#8
That would be even better : RP as acting until a suitable candidate is found.

WICB can take their time and dont be victim of another con man  Wink

Exactly : If you are an U 19 successful Coach , you will meet the same players later on !!

Example :Hetmeyer and Tage will be there and their Coach has seen all the odda U19s~

Richie Richardson, the team manager, will take charge of the side :

on an interim basis for the series
against Bangladesh.

The rest of the coaching staff, including assistant coaches Stuart Williams and Andre Coley,

and bowling consultant Curtly Ambrose, will remain in their positions.
