Jacques Kallis Retires From International Cricket

Cape Town - Jacques Kallis on Wednesday announced his retirement from all formats of international cricket.


“I realised in Sri Lanka that my dream of playing in a World Cup was a bridge too far,” the 38-year-old said via a statement released by Cricket South Africa (CSA).

“I just knew on that tour that I was done. The squad that was in Sri Lanka is an amazing one and I believe they have a good chance of bringing the trophy home in March.

He could have hung his boots after WC 2015,but he chose to give opportunities for the younger players..BOW DOWN to the legend...
He deserved a WC title,but still he has proven enough.!!Thank you so much for everything you have given to Cricket...
